Job Responsibilities:
Front Desk Management:
1. Greet walk-in customers and provide information about gym services, memberships, and facilities.
2. Manage check-ins and ensure a positive first impression for all gym visitors.
Sales and Calling:
1. Make outbound calls to potential customers, follow up on leads, and convert inquiries into memberships.
2. Handle inbound calls and respond to customer inquiries professionally.
3. Effectively explain membership packages, offers, and promotional deals to customers.
Customer Service:
1. Assist customers with their queries and resolve issues related to memberships or services.
2. Ensure smooth onboarding for new members by guiding them through the sign-up process.
3. Skills & Qualifications:6 months to 2 years of experience in sales, customer service, or front desk roles (preferably in the fitness or service industry).
4. Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
