Position Overview- We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Executive to join our real estate
team. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the real estate market, excellent communication
skills, and a passion for sales. You will be responsible for driving revenue by connecting potential clients with
suitable property investments, managing client relationships, and closing deals.
Key Responsibilities-
Client Prospecting & Lead Generation: Identify and engage potential clients through networking,
referrals, and inbound leads. Actively develop and maintain a pipeline of prospective customers.
Sales & Business Development: Present, promote, and sell real estate properties and consultancy services to
clients based on their needs and financial goals.
Market Research & Analysis: Stay up to date with real estate market trends, property values, and
competitor offerings. Provide clients with relevant and accurate market insights.
Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients.
Address their inquiries, provide property tours, and guide them through the buying process.
Negotiation & Closing Deals: Negotiate property terms, conditions, and pricing with clients and real estate
developers. Ensure successful contract closures.
Reporting & Documentation: Prepare and submit sales reports, client agreements, and documentation in an
organized and timely manner.
