About role
We are looking for an ambitious, articulate, high energetic Sales Executive to join our team. As our Sales Executive, you will develop sales strategies and be responsible for attracting new clients and customers. You will investigate and find new sales opportunities, target markets and close deals. You will also be eligible to earn incentives based on the targets reached.
What you will be doing:
• Identify bulk diesel consumers, analyse their purchase requirements and onboard them with a tailor-made refilling plan for their diesel requirement.
• Actively seek out new sales opportunities through door-to-door, cold calling, networking, social media, referrals and walk-ins. Capture the information in Daily Sales Reports (DSR) and Daily Activity Report (DAR).
• Set up meetings with potential clients to understand their requirements and effectively communicate the value proposition of our company through proposals and presentations.
• Negotiate/close deals, facilitate legal agreements and ensure proper handover to the operations team. Ensure all KYC compliances are adhered to before on boarding of customer.
• Own and exceed monthly sales targets, and capture a greater market share.
• Represent the company at conferences, trade fairs and networking events.
• Report and provide feedback to management using financial statistical data
• Manage your client database within your assigned territory
• Persistently follow-up with clients for collections of payment. Build professional relationships with clients to ensure prompt payment.
• Extensive travel required within your assigned territory.
