Sales Executive

Job Description

Sales Executive's Responsibilities Include:

Generating sales: Working with existing customers to generate sales and finding new customers in their assigned territory

Meeting targets: Setting and achieving sales targets for their area

Building relationships: Developing and maintaining relationships with customers through meetings, phone calls, and emails

Conducting site visits: Organizing and accompanying prospective customers on site visits

Presenting to clients: Listening to clients' needs and presenting appropriately

Conducting market research: Identifying selling possibilities and evaluating customer needs

Seeking out new sales: Using cold calling, networking, and social media to find new sales opportunities

Negotiating deals: Negotiating and closing deals, and handling complaints or objections

Collaborating with team members: Working with team members to achieve better results

Gathering feedback: Gathering feedback from customers or prospects and sharing it with internal teams

Keeping up with market changes: Staying up-to-date with local and national real estate market changes
