Job Description

Position: Sales Executive (Female)

Salary: 15,000 (Negotiable) + Attractive Incentives

Office Location: Pacific Business Park, Near Kaushambi Metro Station, Ghaziabad

About the Role:

We are looking for a dynamic and motivated Tele Sales Executive to promote and drive sales for our exclusive farmhouse project. The ideal candidate will connect with potential buyers, share detailed project insights, and convert leads into sales, all while building strong and lasting customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Manage inbound and outbound calls to prospective customers interested in the farmhouse project.

2. Provide clear and detailed information about the project, including location, amenities, pricing, and benefits.

3. Persuade and encourage potential clients to visit the project site and finalize deals.

4. Maintain and update lead databases, inquiries, and follow-ups efficiently in the CRM system.

5. Build rapport with potential clients by following up and addressing their needs and queries.

6. Understand customer requirements and offer tailored solutions to close deals.

7. Work closely with the sales and marketing team to achieve and exceed monthly sales targets.

Skills and Qualifications:

1. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with fluency in Hindi and English.

2. Excellent persuasion and negotiation skills, particularly in real estate sales.

3. Ability to explain project details confidently and convincingly to clients.

4. Self-driven and results-oriented with a focus on achieving targets.

5. Basic proficiency in CRM tools and MS Office is a plus.

6. Previous experience in tele sales, especially in real estate or high-value projects, is preferred.
