We are seeking a motivated and proactive Sales Executive to join our dynamic team. This role involves engaging with clients across the South Region to promote elevator products, generate new sales leads, and maintain relationships with existing customers. With a blend of fieldwork and customer interaction, this role offers the opportunity to make a significant impact on the company’s growth in the region.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify potential clients and generate leads through field visits and client interactions.
Present and promote elevator products to builders, developers, and corporate clients.
Establish and maintain relationships with existing and prospective clients, understanding their requirements and offering tailored solutions.
Prepare and deliver presentations to clients and effectively communicate the technical advantages and features of products.
Conduct negotiations on pricing and terms, aiming to close sales and meet monthly targets.
Collaborate with the service and technical teams to ensure product satisfaction and address any client concerns.
Maintain detailed records of sales activities and client interactions in the CRM.
Qualifications:
Educational Background: BE, , , or MBA.
Experience: Open to both freshers and experienced candidates.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills in English and the local language. Proficiency in Telugu, Tamil, or Malayalam is an added advantage.
Customer-oriented with excellent presentation and negotiation skills.
Mandatory: Must own a bike and possess a valid driver’s license for fieldwork.

Working Conditions:
Working Days: Monday to Saturday
Working Hours: 9:30 AM - 6:30 PM

Salary & Allowance:
Base Salary: ₹16,000 - ₹30,000
Petrol Allowance: ₹3,000
