Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, pitching products or services to potential clients, and maintaining fruitful relationships to meet sales goals. The Sales Executive will also collaborate with the sales team to achieve targets and contribute to the growth and success of the company.

Responsibilities:

-Identify and develop new business opportunities through networking, cold calling, and lead generation.

-Conduct market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs.

-Actively seek out new sales opportunities through various channels.

-Set up meetings with potential clients and understand their requirements.

-Prepare and deliver appropriate presentations on products and services.

-Negotiate/close deals and handle complaints or objections.

-Collaborate with team members to achieve better results.

-Maintain accurate records of sales activities, forecasts, and client information.

Requirements:

-Proven experience as a Sales Executive or relevant role in the industry.

-Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.

-Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

-Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

-Strong organizational and time-management abilities.

-Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field preferred.
