The department is responsible for all sales activities for the organisation, from new business development to key account management in order for the business to achieve its revenue targets.
Key Results Areas

• Reporting & Administration
• Support Key Account Mangers and/or Territory Managers in implementing the Sales Strategy in order to achieve revenue targets.
• Together with the Territory Manager or Sales Manager, visit all customers on a frequent basis in order to present to them the company products and services
• Support the Territory Manager or Sales Manager to regularly update (where necessary) the sales presentation (lap-top) in order to deliver one consistent message to clients.
• Constantly deliver the required level of service to customers as defined by the Head of Sales
• Liaise frequently with the Operations department as directed by the Territory Manager or Sales Manager to ensure Sales Pipeline business is passed to the operations department for inclusion in their schedule.
• Collate all information required by the Operations Teams is gathered from clients in relation to their campaigns and that the information is correct and obtained in a timely manner according to the companies processes.
