Key Responsibilities:
1. Sales and Revenue Generation:
- Meet or exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets.
- Identify and pursue new sales opportunities.
- Build and maintain relationships with clients, investors, and partners.
2. Property Knowledge:
- Stay up-to-date on market trends, property listings, and competitor activity.
- Conduct property viewings, demonstrations, and presentations.
3. Lead Generation and Conversion:
- Generate leads through networking, referrals, and marketing efforts.
- Convert leads into sales opportunities and closures.
4. Client Relationship Management:
- Provide exceptional customer service and support.
- Manage client expectations, negotiations, and transactions.
5. Marketing and Promotion:
- Assist in developing marketing materials, campaigns, and events.
- Promote properties through social media, advertising, and other channels.
6. Collaboration and Reporting:
- Work closely with cross-functional teams (., marketing, operations).
- Submit regular sales reports, forecasts, and pipeline updates.
Requirements:
