Job Description

Sales Activities:

Proactively reach out to potential customers via calls, emails, and other channels.

Identify customer needs and recommend suitable solutions.

Follow up on leads generated through marketing campaigns.

Customer Relationship Management:

Build and maintain strong customer relationships.

Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.

Pipeline Management:

Maintain and update the CRM with accurate customer and sales data.

Ensure timely follow-ups to close deals efficiently.

Target Achievement:

Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.

Contribute to team goals and participate in regular sales reviews.

Market Research:

Stay informed about industry trends and competitors.

Provide feedback to the team about customer preferences and market opportunities.

Reporting:

Prepare and present sales performance reports.

Track metrics such as conversion rates, lead generation, and pipeline progress.
