Listen attentively to clients' inquiries, concerns, and feedback, and provide timely

solutions and assistance.

Personalise travel itineraries based on client preferences, including destinations,

activities, and travel dates.

Product Knowledge:

Stay up-to-date with the latest travel trends, destination information, and industry

developments to provide accurate and relevant advice to clients.

Continuously expand your knowledge of the travel offerings, including new hotels,

airlines, and travel experiences.
