1: Sourcing Of accurate contact details. Ex. Google search, Yellow pages, Just Dial, Linkden, References, Existing customers Competitors, Marketing intelligence,
2: Maintaining the data collected in the internal template, Excel sheets , CRM
3: Research about target customer like their business and potential for our products.
4: Customer visit with prior appointment and giving presentation on our products
5: Lead / enquiry generation by follow up.
6: Preparation of techno commercial proposal and submission.
7: Follow up of quotation, giving clarification if required.
8: Negotiation and close the deal with a profit margin as per management guidelines.
9: Write e mail professionally to record all discussions with the client.
10: Be the interface between the client and the operations team from contract to completion of event.
11: Maintaining the customer relationship.
12: Payment collection as per agreed PO terms.
