5) Suggesting upgrades or added products and services that may be of interest to clients.

7) Negotiating with clients to secure the most attractive prices.
8) Equipping staff with the technical and social skills needed to enhance sales.
9) Reviewing clients' feedback and implementing necessary changes.
10) Remaining in tune with trends in consumption to ensure that our offerings remain relevant.
11) Should be good with keyword researching in terms of any change in market condition
