1) Sales & Estimation- Officer with 1-3 Years of experience with BE (Electrical)- Negotiation Skills, Understand customer equipment, Cost Analysis of Panel, Market Survey.

2) Manufacturing- Plant Head with 10-12 Years of experience with BE (Electrical)- Lead the Plant Activity Handling Audits, Customer Complaints, Administer the daily plant activity, Looking after (Powder Coating, Fabrication, Assembly, Wiring, QA, Busbar Assembly, Inspections and Dispatch Activity) Operational management experience in LT ,MV Electrical panels

3) Design-

A) Officer with 3-5 Years of experience with BE (Electrical)- Knowledge of Auto Cad, E-Plan Software, Electrical wiring drawing knowledge, Drawing approval submission to customer. Basic knowledge of LT and MV electrical panels.

B) Officer with 3-5 Years of experience with BE (Mechanical)- Knowledge of Auto Cad, Solid Edge, Domain knowledge of sheet metal, Electrical Panel Designing of different types (MCC, PCC, APFC,RTCC, Marshalling Box)

4) QA & Testing- Officer with 3-5 Years of experience with Dip/ BE (Electrical)- Knowledge of testing electrical panel, Handling Audits, Customer Complaints, Vesting sites if required. Awareness of ISO systems , worked in LT switchgear industry , Panel manufacturing .

5) Administration- Executive with 1-5 Years of experience with Any Graduate- Assisting Director in day to day activity, Taking follow up of existing and new projects with cross functional teams, Handling Front office and guest and other office related work. Office management activities.

6) CRM- Executive with 5-8 Years of experience with BE (Electrical)- Maintaining Relationship with the key customer, Resolving customer complaint, Market analysis, Payment follow up.

7) Marketing - Executive with 1-3 Years of experience with MBA (Marketing),Dip/BE (Electrical)- To generate the sales order for the LT ,MV Panels , costumer addition with new segments ,Retaining existing costumers . Addition in new costumers .
