2. Develop and implement effective sales plans across a geographic territory as defined by the management.
3. Develop a strong industry projects pipeline for the region.
4. Tracking the whole sale process from start to finish.
5. Provide business Intelligence and market views on key trends per business segment.
6. Contacting potential clients to establish rapport and arrange meetings.
7. Planning and overseeing new marketing initiatives.
8. Researching organizations and individuals to find new opportunities.
9. Increasing the value of current customers while attracting new ones.
10. Finding and developing new markets and improving sales.
11. Attending conferences, meetings, and industry events.
12. Developing quotes and proposals for clients.

14. Training personnel and helping team members develop their skills.
15. Fully utilize the Focus V7 software system as a communication, reporting, measurement and tracking tool to enhance productivity.
16. Develop, implement, and manage customer complaint process to make sure all complaints are well taken care, timely response to customers, and high degree of customer satisfaction is achieved.
17. Timely submissions of Sales Plan, Visit Plan, Visit reports, Sales report.
18. Continue personal development through an effective skill building program as determined by the Management.
19. Represent Company at Exhibitions and Seminars.
