Job description
➢ Primarily your focus should be on the sale of product to customers within the specific region.
➢ Job role demands you to travel either to find new clients or customers and to maintain relation with customer whom you are already work with
➢ Must contact all the client and customers to discuss that our product would meet their requirements. Generating new prospectors, developing and managing excellent rapport with the client.
➢ Arrange meeting with the client or visit their offices to pursued them to buy product which our company is offering.
➢ Focus should be to increase the sales of the company.
➢ Should provide brief description/ introduction of the product and service to the customers and also drawing attention to the benefits of the available services.
➢ Sending customer codes or any other technical detail,
➢ Following up for the new orders, sending the samples, tracking the old orders with dispatch department in the company.
➢ Following up for the payment if required.
➢ Generating high-quality sales leads, following up after initial contact, securing and renewing orders, negotiating prices, completing sales and arranging deliveries. Researching, developing and modifying products to meet customers’ requirements and needs.
➢ To develop our customers into using the fuller range of chemical process equipment.
➢ Making consultative visits to customers to understand their current processes, identifying areas of improvement, and recommending / demonstrating products or services to help them.
