Job Description

Identifies new customers in various industries & entering new markets, managing the sales inquiries for the assigned region

Provide timely feedback to the manager regarding sales performance & Activity done.

Visiting the customer site to understand the requirement, Sharing proposal with Customer and Maintains all accurate records of all pricings, sales and activity reports.

Fill up the Questionnaire as per the site visits done and provide all the data to the solution department for further working, Closely coordinate with them to provide solution to customer satisfaction.

Achieve pre-defined sales targets (Monthly,Quarterly,Yearly) or exceed all activity standards for prospecting calls, appointments, presentations, proposals and closings under the guidance of manager.

Maintains contact with all customers, to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.

Ability to work under the pressure of Sales target & Having a goal to have a long term relationship with organisation.

Must have a mind set to travel to the assigned region for customer site visit(At least 70% Travelling,30% In office if required).

Update all required information in the ERP & Server, Closely work with the same as per guideline given by the manager.
