Meeting sales & financial goals of business
Mid & Long-Range Sales Planning & Forecasting
Meeting with existing clients for business retention & expansion
Business development activities for selling of our existing products
Developing sales strategies to increase business volume
Drive effective customer service and manage key accounts
Sending MIS to the management in a timely manner
Provide market intelligence about the competitor products to the management
Provide insights and suggestions for development of new range of products
Coordinating with Supply Chain for order & sample dispatch to customers
Required Qualification & Experience
Bachelors in Plastic / Polymer Engineering
Minimum 5-15 years of experience in the sales of Engineering Plastics (preferably Polyamides)
Proficiency with handling sales operations independently
Ability to handle and prioritize multiple tasks
Must have Exposure to Electrical, Electronic Product components, and Automotive Industries.
