Sales Engineer

Job Description

Establishes new accounts by identifying potential customers by means of cold calling.

Identifies current and future customer requirements by establishing personal rapport with potential and actual customers and other persons in a position to understand current setup/process and challenges.

Generate high-quality sales leads; follow up after initial meeting.

Make technical presentations and demonstrate how a product/service meets client needs.

liaise with other members of the sales team and other technical experts.

Identify areas to improve customer satisfaction and repeat business; communicate those issues and possible solutions to upper management.

Gains customer acceptance by explaining or demonstrating cost reductions and operations improvements.

Prepares sales reports, follow up for sales closure, responsible for payment collection.

Maintains professional and technical knowledge by attending workshops/ Self Learning.
