Allocate the targets fixed for different line of business
to different areas in the area / territory .
Follow the methodology for covering every customer
in the area / territory and apportion them to sales
team.
Planning a scheduled time for sales & personal
related training programs
Execution
Achieve the sales & collections targets fixed for
Products, Projects and Services - fixed or revised
based on business strategy and market conditions
Train and co ordinate with contractors and
Integrators for the project execution
Provide support to the contractors and customers by
sample and TDS approvals
Evaluation of Tenders in terms of Technical and
commercial conditions and summarizing the same
and projecting it to RSM properly, before quoting to
client.
Provide Provisional Quote and Sales orders to RSM
Attend Customer Complaints received and provide
solutions, escalate to RSM in case additional support
is required
Arrange for seminars and presentation with customer
for Product promotional activities
Provide information on Quotes to RSM for additional
info support and approvals where the deviations relate to Credit and Pricing Policy.
Co-ordination
Co-ordinate with Marketing Manager to execute
activities to support sales function
Co-ordinate through RSM with Sales Co-coordinators
for seeking information, details, etc.
Co-ordinate through RSM with SCM Head in cases of
abnormal delays in supporting a sales order.
Escalate for support to RSM wherever required in
collection of outstanding payments and statutory
documents
Reporting
Prepare and present Area / Territory Performance
data for RSM & Sales Head to present in MRM
meeting
Participate and update the status of daily
performance in the Area / Territory to RSM
Participate and contribute in the planning and
performance of the Area / Territory on a daily basis
in the Morning and EOD.
Highlight the deviations in scope of work and status of
execution to RSM
