CALIBRATION ENGINEER:
To do Calibration activities in Lab & On-Sites.
Description:
1. The Calibration sales Engineer ensure the service provided to the customers with a high level of quality that meets customer expectation.
2. The Calibration sales Engineer will put in place a system to measure an organization's performance and then report on its findings, liaising with managers and staff, and coordinating procedures. to address any deficiencies.
3. The calibration sales Engineer involves ensuring that the different products leaving from the lab, companies or organizations are fully operational, effective and free from defects
4. The Calibration Engineer is responsible for calibrating the instruments at customer site or at the organisation under various working conditions and confirming that the service provided delivers its promise.
5. According to the nature of the product being tested, Calibration Engineers may work in different settings.
6. Calibration of Instruments in the process plants in a periodic manner plays a major role that reduces rejection and improve the quality of the products.
ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Physical verification of the instruments that comes for calibration.
2. customer support executive by informing the feasibility of performing calibration for the items given by the customer.
3. To calibrate the instruments at our laboratory or to perform calibration at ON-SITE as per the work instructions maintained by the laboratory.
4. To carry Master Instruments to customer site and to do calibration.
5. Calibration results are to be recorded in the Observation sheets.
6. To prepare Certificate of calibration after completion of calibration at ON-SITE or at lab.
7. To report to Senior Engineer or to the Technical Manager.
8. Preparation/Modification of Work Instructions.
OTHER RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Maintaining lab accommodation environmental condition.
2. To Undergo training as per the schedule.
