Strategic responsibilities 1. Identify goals and objectives of the sales team 2. Know your product well. Understand what benefits end-users would get from our brand. 3. Identify our target market 4. Know what our competitors are offering
Functional responsibilities –
• Responsible for delivering outstanding Sales results for the Industrial electronics products in the assigned region (OEM) • To follow the business plan to meet or exceed sales objectives in assigned geography. • Retain existing customers and Develop new customers by making cold calls, frequent visits and applying other marketing strategies or methods. • Providing techno-commercial support on timely manner and responsible for entire sales cycle • To follow the development strategies and develop business in the assigned region and possess ability to close the deals. • Analyses competitor's Product and marketing moves and give input to the business team. • Work closely with other cross functional teams to ensure smooth execution of business. • Reporting to Regional sales manager. 1. Perform other related duties as assigned.
To qualify for the role you must have –
• Required Education and Experience Diploma / Degree in Electronics Technology
• Advantage if have experience in Electronics component Selling.
