We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive to drive sales of hardware products and EV charging solutions. The ideal candidate will have experience in B2B sales, excellent communication skills, and a strong understanding of the EV charging ecosystem and hardware products.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and target potential clients for hardware sales and EV charging stations.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with corporates, real estate developers, commercial spaces, RWA and government bodies.
Present and demonstrate hardware products & EV charging solutions to prospective customers.
Prepare and negotiate proposals, contracts, and pricing agreements.
Stay updated on market trends, government policies, and incentives related to EV charging infrastructure.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets while maintaining high customer satisfaction.
Collaborate with the technical team to ensure smooth installation and after-sales support.
Key Requirements:
Bachelors degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field.
6 month-1yrs of experience in hardware sales, EV infrastructure, or electrical equipment sales.
Strong networking & negotiation skills.
Knowledge of EV charging solutions, power distribution, and energy management is a plus.
Proficiency in CRM software & MS Office.
Willingness to travel as needed.
