Responsibilities/Main Duties:
Identify/ Contacting and target potential clients in the industrial sector for our cutting tool products and arrange meetings.
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
Provide technical expertise and support to customers, helping them choose the most suitable cutting tools for their applications.
Collaborate with the product development team to provide feedback on customer requirements and market trends.
Prepare and deliver technical presentations and demonstrations to clients how a product will meet client needs.
Achieve and exceed sales targets through effective prospecting and sales techniques/ Meeting regular sales targets.
Stay updated on industry trends, competitive products, and emerging technologies.
Travel to client sites for sales meetings and product demonstrations as needed.
Planning and overseeing new marketing initiatives.
Increasing the value of current customers while attracting new ones by communicating with them.
Preparing client quotations and Negotiating tender and contract terms.
Offering after-sales support services And Solving client problems.
Administering client accounts and preparing reports for head office.
Analysing costs and sales.
Recording and maintaining client contact/Work Data.
Coordinating sales projects With Project Manager for Further Process and Supporting marketing by attending trade shows, conferences and other marketing events.
Providing pre-sales technical assistance and product education.
Helping in the design of custom-made products and providing training and producing support material for the sales team.
Doing regular market research to identify new opportunities & to develop new marketing strategies.
