Responsibilities/Main Duties:
 Identify/ Contacting and target potential clients in the industrial sector for our cutting tool products and arrange meetings.
 Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
 Provide technical expertise and support to customers, helping them choose the most suitable cutting tools for their applications.
 Collaborate with the product development team to provide feedback on customer requirements and market trends.
 Prepare and deliver technical presentations and demonstrations to clients how a product will meet client needs.
 Achieve and exceed sales targets through effective prospecting and sales techniques/ Meeting regular sales targets.
 Stay updated on industry trends, competitive products, and emerging technologies.
 Travel to client sites for sales meetings and product demonstrations as needed.
 Planning and overseeing new marketing initiatives.
 Increasing the value of current customers while attracting new ones by communicating with them.
 Preparing client quotations and Negotiating tender and contract terms.
 Offering after-sales support services And Solving client problems.
 Administering client accounts and preparing reports for head office.
 Analysing costs and sales.
 Recording and maintaining client contact/Work Data.
 Coordinating sales projects With Project Manager for Further Process and Supporting marketing by attending trade shows, conferences and other marketing events.
 Providing pre-sales technical assistance and product education.
 Helping in the design of custom-made products and providing training and producing support material for the sales team.
 Doing regular market research to identify new opportunities & to develop new marketing strategies.
