We are looking for a dynamic Sales and Marketing Executive (Male or Female) with hands-on experience in generating leads, managing inquiries, and closing sales via IndiaMART. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, the ability to manage customer relationships, and a deep understanding of sales through online platforms, specifically IndiaMART.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead Generation & Sales:
Manage and respond to inbound inquiries on IndiaMART, identifying sales opportunities.
Generate and follow up on leads, understanding customer needs and offering tailored solutions.
Prepare quotations, negotiate pricing, and close sales.
Maintain and update the product listings and content on IndiaMART to ensure maximum visibility.
Convert inquiries into sales through effective communication and negotiation.
Requirements:
Proven experience in sales and marketing, with a strong emphasis on online platforms like IndiaMART.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Self-motivated, result-driven, and capable of handling multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
Knowledge of CRM tools and sales management software.
A positive attitude and a professional appearance.
Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or any related field.
1-3 years of experience in sales, specifically through online platforms like IndiaMART.
