Responsible for call and personally visit potential, new and existing customers to explore new
business opportunities.
To Identify and develop new markets, segments, customers and generate new inquiries.
To handle customer enquiries for technical & commercial information and act as a single point
contact for all pre-order activities.
Responsible for RFQ working, competitive quotations, preparing commercial offer and negotiate
the final offer with customer in discussion with management.
To handle Key Account management activities like sales, receivable and new development.
To Keep track of offers submitted, orders expected with interaction with Sales Team.
To make product demonstrations and offer basic technical solutions for customer needs.
To hold overall responsibility of Accounts Receivables of all customers in the assigned region.
To keep track of competitor activities on Pricing, new Services and other developments
Responsible for managing Sales pipeline and sales reporting.
