Key Responsibility Areas:
Hunter Instinct: Identify and generate leads with Industries, Corporates, Infrastructure and Residential Buildings for Business to meet targets and achieve Companys objectives
Plan, execute and monitor Sales Operations with the objective of attaining accelerated growth
Ensuring 100% end to end fulfilment for all orders secured
Seek appointments and meetSenior Management of clients
Ability to strongly negotiate and close deals
Make presentations and give demo of our services
Should be able to identify opportunities by analyzing Customer needs and
propose solutions for overall business enhancement
Build rapport withclients and maintain relationships with Key personnel
Work closely with the Technical Team to ensure a seamless execution of projects
Provide technical insights to clients and address any technical queries or concerns Should have had hardcore fieldsalesexperience
Should have experience of dealing with the end users
Follow the internal sales processes as established by the company
Ensure compliance with all relevant policies and procedures
Coordinate with finance and accounts teams to ensure timely and accurate invoicing and payment collection
Knowledge, Competencies and Experience
3 5 years of Sales experience
Experience of HVAC industry would be an added advantage
Should have dealt with Industries/Farma Industries, Corporates, Commercial and Residential Buildings etc
Comfortable talking to GMs, CXOs and above
EducationQualification:
UG: BE/BTech/Diploma Preferred
PG : Not Mandatory
