Experience - 2-7 yrs

Language - Kannada is mandatory

Job Description:

We are looking for dynamic Sales Engineers (Junior & Senior) to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in HVAC sales and a proven track record in building and maintaining client relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the HVAC sector.

Develop and maintain relationships with clients, consultants, and contractors.

Provide technical presentations and demonstrations of HVAC systems and solutions.

Collaborate with the engineering team to meet customer requirements.

Prepare and negotiate proposals, quotes, and contracts.

Achieve sales targets and contribute to revenue growth.

Qualifications:

Junior Position:

2-3years of experience in HVAC sales or a related field.

Senior Position:

4 -7years of experience in HVAC sales, with a proven track record.

Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field (preferred).

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Knowledge of HVAC systems and applications is essential.
