.Develop and execute strategies to drive business in new and existing markets
.Partner with Talent Acquisition to identify and recruit top sales talent
.Mentor employees to help them achieve individual & team objectives
.Generate enquiries & get the sale using various customer sales methods (door-to-door, cold calling,
presentations, web conferences etc).
.Assist channel partners and channel sales teams to qualify prospects.
.Send company profile to all enquiries generated.
.Evaluate customer's skills, and needs and build productive long-lasting relationships.
.Identify sales leads and convert leads to sustainable sales.
.Apply & keep a record of UQN for sales leads.
.Maintain and expand client database.
.Initiate and improve customer relations via customer interaction, with special emphasis on customer visits for demos at our Office.
.Provide customers with technical expertise.
.Prepare & Send Quotes with technical specs in the prescribed format to Customer as per their actual requirement.
.Maintain record & Follow up on quotes sent.
.Collect PO from. the customer with all the terms & conditions with payment as per payment terms and submit the same in the office for further processing.
.Follow up with customers for payment as per payment terms.
.Coordinate with concerned BH for Order Processing/ PI/ Dispatch etc till the m/c reaches at customer site.
.Provide product, systems, and technical training to new and existing employees on an as-needed basis.
.Reply to all the queries/ mails etc. received from customers.
.Installation visit at customer site.
.Feedback from customers.
.Meet personal and team sales targets.
.Provide monthly/ weekly reports in prescribed formats.
