Job Description

- Engage with potential clients to understand their project requirements, timelines, and budget for construction and project management services. Provide tailored solutions that align with their needs.

- Present technical details of NEE Pvt Ltd's construction solutions, project management tools, and services to clients. Explain how these solutions will help optimize project delivery, cost efficiency, and quality.

- Assist in the creation of comprehensive proposals, including cost estimates, technical specifications, timelines, and project management strategies, ensuring alignment with client needs.

- Collaborate with the project management team to conduct feasibility studies, identifying potential risks, technical challenges, and resource requirements for proposed construction projects.

- Support the sales team in preparing technical bids and tender submissions for large-scale construction projects. Ensure that all technical requirements are met and that the company's offering is competitive.

- Work closely with clients to customize project management plans, construction methodologies, and technical solutions that align with specific project scopes and constraints.

- Coordinate with internal project managers, engineers, and architects to ensure technical solutions are viable, cost-effective, and meet client expectations.

- Stay updated on industry trends, new construction technologies, and competitor offerings to maintain a competitive edge and offer cutting-edge solutions to clients.

- Develop and maintain long-term relationships with key clients, contractors, suppliers, and other stakeholders, ensuring customer satisfaction and repeat business.

- Provide technical guidance to the sales team, answering client questions, handling technical inquiries, and helping to overcome any objections related to construction processes, timelines, or budgets.
