Responsible for meeting Yearly/Quarterly Sales Target from conception of a project to close out. This includes conceptualization and closing out the project, Submitting Customer quotes and proposals and associated Sales and marketing activities. Solar Power, Battery Backup, UF Heating, Insulation and HVAC Projects.
A) In Sales & Marketing domain:
Achieve yearly/Quarterly sales targets by successfully managing the team.
Expand and contribute to Sales to enable JKGT reach its financial objectives. Customer follow-up and negotiate final price in liaison with HOO.
Plan customer Site Surveys, and understand their key points and assist SE/PE to develop a proposal and get approval from HOO.
Manages SE/PE in preparation of Customer Proposals, engaging them in Site Surveys.
Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs.
Obtaining referrals from the current clientele to widen the sales pipeline, Acquisition of new clients.
Identify potential solar energy applications and application of Insulation in buildings and other environments.
Submission of customer Invoicing and follow-up on payments.
B) In project management and day to day operations:
Use due diligence, commonsense and project planning to execute projects.
Ultimate responsibility for the success of the project. Actively manages, communicates and mitigates project risks and issues and escalates to HOO, when necessary.
Committing and efficiently using SE/PE for project implementation.
On a daily basis report all activities to HOO. And efficiently carry out all Instructions of HOO.
Manage customer documentation during life of the project.
