Location: Field-based (NCR) with occasional office days in Bhiwani

Job Summary:
We are hiring a skilled Sales Engineer to drive sales growth by combining technical expertise with effective relationship-building. The role requires market understanding, client engagement, and achieving sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and connect with potential clients.
Present and sell products/services effectively.
Research market trends and customer needs.
Develop leads by engaging with industry professionals.
Meet/exceed sales targets in assigned regions.
Prepare proposals, presentations, and contracts.
Provide after-sales support for customer satisfaction.
Maintain accurate sales records in CRM systems.
Attend industry events to expand the customer base.
Requirements:
Diploma in Automobile/Mechanical Engineering (preferred).
5+ years of proven sales experience.
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to present technical information clearly.
Proficiency in CRM tools, AI software (., ChatGPT), and Microsoft Office.
Self-motivated, organized, and adaptable to fieldwork.
Willingness to travel frequently.
Work Environment:
Primarily field-based in NCR with five office days per month in Bhiwani.
