Requirements:

• Bachelor's/Diploma degree in Instrumentation Engineering.

• Proven experience in sales or business development, preferably within the control and instrumentation industry or related sectors (oil and gas, steel, power).

• Strong technical aptitude and ability to understand complex engineering products and solutions.

• Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets and goals.

• Willingness to travel frequently to meet with customers, attend industry events and explore new market opportunities.

• Knowledge of CRM software and sales tools for efficient sales management.

• A passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences and driving customer success.
