Convert leads generated by marketing team into sales
Constant communication with customers on different platforms like email, WhatsApp, phone call, video call, etc
Travel to customer site as per requirement for business growth
Handle all customer communication and resolve commercial, technical, and other queries
Obtain timely payment realization from customers
Generate new leads via outreach & online searches
Handle and attend client meetings and present company's capabilities to the client in an effective way for generating sales
Constant coordination with SCM team for timely dispatch
Responsible for overseeing logistics coordination for constant communication of shipment status and delivery to customer site
Make technical presentations to analyze actual sales performance with respect to target
Qualifications
B. Engg./ B. Tech/ Diploma (mechanical or similar) preferred
MBA in Marketing is an added advantage
Well-versed with CRM software
Well-versed in MS Office
Good command over spoken & written English
Experience with ERP software would be an added advantage
Self-starter & Go-getter attitude
Experience
5-8 yrs�� experience in sales with a reputed manufacturing or construction equipment manufacturing organization
Experience in handling export customers is an added advantage
