To follow the sales plan and objectives – shot term and long term goals.
To visit the customers for product and sales promotion and to generate enquiries.
To present the products and organization at customer end.
To discuss with customers to understand the customer requirements.
To send news letters to customers for generation of enquiries.
To arrange to send quotations to customers against generated enquiries.
To make follow up with customers for orders , advance payments , delivery and outstanding payments.
To attend customers for any issue raised by the customer as and when required.
To provide the required technical / commercial details , informations to customers for any specific requirement from customer.
To gather / collect the customer related information during the customer visits.
To coordinate with manufacturing / back office team for delivery status , or for any other specific requirements from customer.
To coordinate with back office team for order cancellation , order diversification ,, if any or for dispatch clearance etc. .
To coordinate with other concern areas for customer related issues if any.
To fill , update and send daily activity reports and dash bords to . as per frequency defined.
To prepare and update customer data base.
To follow the defined and implemented system and to maintain records.
