Job purpose:
Ensures and monitors the realization of the budgeted sales volume & prices. The Sales Director (SD) translates the corporate vision & strategy to the local factory and assigned geographical territory and/or products and/or lications area of responsibility ;

The SD reports directly to the MD . The SD provides direct guidance to the Area manager(s) & Internal Sales department @ .
Job content:
Authorizations
Advices the MD and Apex Board;
In consultation with the MD and the Apex Board organizes the sales department within its geographical territory and/or products and/or lications area of responsibility;
Is authorized to make decisions within roved sales budgets and pricing policy;
Consults with the MD about recruitment or dismissing employees;
Consults with CFO about longer payment terms above global payment term policy
Can decide on orders up to 50,000 within the guidelines of the agreed minimum pricing determined by the Apex Board. Pricing below this minimum guideline should be discussed with the MD in conjunction with CFO.
Responsabilities:
Is responsible for the development & implementation of the business and strategic sales plans within its geographical territory and/or products and/or lications area of responsibility ;
Is responsible for the proper organization and operations of the sales department;
Is responsible for the realization of the roved budget in cost and sales, based on the overall number of goods sold, overall turnover, turnover per market and the average price per QDM within its geographical territory and/or products and/or lications area of responsibility ;
Consults with the CFO for price settings below the minimum price level (suggested by the financial back office) within its geographical area of responsibility;
