Elevate is looking for sales professionals to join its growing SDR team. We are an early stage,
venture-backed, B2B SaaS company that helps organizations design, automate & improve their
sales commission plans.
This role is ideal for someone who is looking to break into top-tier B2B SaaS sales and grow
quickly in their sales career.
**Responsibilities**:
- You will be making a lot of calls
- You will be running your own outbound sequences (plenty of scope to get creative with your
messages)
- You will be setting up qualified meetings with the prospects
- You will also spend time researching the customers & identifying your ideal prospects
- The rest of your time will go towards improving your craft - imbibing our product, learning
more about the market, and growing your understanding of our customers.
**Requirements**:
Education: You should be smart, and be able to communicate well. We don't care which college
you went to, or if you went to one at all
Experience: 1 to 3 years of experience in customer-facing roles (preferably, sales)
Drive: You have to be driven - whether it's the money, or the success, or something that you want
to prove to yourself; we look for that drive
