The Sales Development Representative (SDR) is responsible for generating new business opportunities to support the Sales team. The SDR will research and identify potential customers, reach out to them through cold-calling and emailing, and qualify them as potential leads for the Sales team. The SDR will also work closely with the Sales team to develop and implement strategies for penetrating new accounts.
The ideal candidate for this position will have previous experience in sales, be highly motivated, and have excellent communication and interpersonal skills. They will be able to work independently and be comfortable with making a high volume of outbound calls. The ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment is essential.
Responsibilities:
-Research and identify potential customers
-Reach out to potential customers through cold-calling and emailing
-Qualify potential leads for the Sales team

-Maintain accurate records of all interactions with potential customers
