Key Responsibilities:
Develop and manage strong relationships with bank branch staff.
Drive life insurance sales through bank branches by providing training, motivation, and support.
Generate leads and follow up on potential clients from bank database and walk-ins.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through regular interaction and timely service.
Maintain records of leads, follow-ups, and conversions in the CRM system.
Conduct regular product training sessions and joint sales calls with bank staff.
Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory guidelines.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):
Achievement of sales targets (premium & policies)
Activation of branches and bank staff
Number of joint calls and training sessions conducted
Persistency of policies sold
Customer satisfaction and service quality
Desired Candidate Profile:
Graduate (MBA preferred)
14 years of experience in life insurance or financial services, preferably in the banca channel
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Strong relationship-building and negotiation abilities
Target-driven with a proven sales track record
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
