Analyze client feedback and collaborate with the product team to inform future product enhancements.

Lead strategic planning sessions to enhance client engagement and success rates.

Maintain accurate and comprehensive client account records in CRM software.

Represent the company at industry-specific conferences and events to foster relationships and secure new business opportunities.

Uphold autonomy in decision-making, ensure accountability, and conduct a minimum of 2 hours of daily sync-up and handover for task updates and progress.

Leverage AI tools and analytics to enhance decision-making, improve client interactions, and optimize sales strategies.
