Job Description:
To create incremental business value through Demand generation team pitching Nerolac Painting Services – NXTGEN Service.
Responsible to achieve monthly business generation plan through retail painting sites
Cold calling to sites and convert into business
Ensure daily achievement of – Site visits, dealer visit & contractor visits as per target
Handling 50-80 Painters to ensure Nerolac use at all of their sites
Driving Painter Loyalty by handling different category of Painters through their engagement on app
Ensure to all painters using Loyalty app with monthly token scanning
Ensure painter wise monthly Participation as per target
Daily operational Reporting to TMO for their plan vs achievement KPI and to take corrective action wherever required.
Conduct Painter meets as per requirement
Ensure all scheme communication to painter and ensure their reward redemption on time
Handle Painters/contractor complaints related to scheme gratifications
New Product Launch/Go to market plan execution at Painters/contractor point
Desired Profile:
Sale & Marketing Knowledge
Age – 25 to 26 Yrs(Max)
Two-wheeler mandatory with license
Graduate or Pursuing Graduation with minimum 50% marks in 12th Local language mandatory.
Passionate with Good Communication, Numeric Skills, Interpersonal Skill, Problem Solving & Time Management skill
