Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced and results driven Sales Counselor to spearhead the market launch of our cutting edge product. As a Sales Counselor, you will actively seek out pre qualified learners prospective customers and engage with them, leveraging our easy to sell product that has garnered high sales volumes and conversion rates in other geographies. This role is crucial in adapting our product to the Indian market and driving its success.
Responsibilities:
Present and sell our products to prospective customers using persuasive arguments.
Use qualified leads to expand the customer base.
Utilize CRM software to manage customer interactions and sales processes effectively.
Tap into the existing customer base to obtain references and increase the sales pipeline.
Meet or exceed sales targets and objectives within the designated time frame.
Analyze the market potential, track sales, and generate status reports.
Collaborate with the Team Lead to report progress and align strategies.
Requirements:
Any graduate degree or equivalent qualification.
Excellent proficiency in English is a must.
1 to 2 years of proven work experience as a Sales Representative
Fluency in Hindi and proficiency in one local language is ideal.
Knowledge of the Data Analyst and Data Scientist domain is advantageous.
Experience in the EdTech industry is a plus, but not mandatory.
Laptop and strong WiFi connection is a must.
Proven experience in B2C sales Edtech or Non Edtech
