Job Responsibilities:
Lead Generation and handling from different sources
Contact Potential or existing customers to inform them about a products
Establish, develop and maintain positive business and customer relationships.
Reach out to customer leads through reference calling
Enter and update customer information in the database of CRM Software
Keep records of calls and sales and note useful information
Know Your Customer (KYC): Pain Point
Define a problem and offer a Solution with the help of concern department
Resolving the Objection Statement with the helps of Concern Department
Assist the Sales Team for various requirement
Follow up and Customer Enquiry reply
Candidate Skills:
Proven experience as a telesales representative or other sales
Proven track record of successfully meeting sales quota preferably over the phone
Ability to learn about products and services and describe/explain them to prospects
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Outstanding negotiation skills with the ability to understand client query
Smart and should be coherent and able to explain things in an orderly manner
Good in MS Office
