Job Description:
· Coordinate sales team by managing schedules, filing important documents and communicating relevant information
· Respond to complaints from customers and give after-sales support when Ensure requested
· Store and sort financial and non-financial data in electronic form and present reports
· Handle the processing of all orders with accuracy and timeliness
· Inform clients of unforeseen delays or problems
· Monitor the team’s progress, identify shortcomings and propose improvements
· Assist in the preparation and organizing of promotional events
· Ensure adherence to laws and policies
· Maintaining and developing relationships with existing customers
· Visiting potential customers for new business
· Making accurate, rapid cost calculations
· Coordinate with sales Team
· Providing customers with quotations
· Negotiating the terms of an agreement and closing sales
· Gathering market and customer information
· Providing feedback on future buying trends
· Representing your organization at trade exhibitions, events and demonstrations
· Liaising with clients to check on the progress of existing orders
· Checking quantities of PO/SO
· Recording sales and order information and sending copies to the sales office
· Reviewing sales performance, against targets as gain experience
· Preparation of Weekly/ Fortnightly / Monthly sales report
