• Working on Leads given by the company.
• Nursing and maturing the lead by regular follow up.
• Handling the Advertisement calls & pitching the project according to client requirement
• Responsible for client meeting and closure.
• Preparing the DSR (daily sales report) and report to immediate boss.
• Coordinate with site office and with the client or site visit.
• Supervising and guiding the sales team to achieve sales targets.
• Monitoring the performance of the sales team.
• Keeping proper track record about current inventories.
• Building and maintaining good working relationships with customers.
• Identifying opportunities and strategies to increase sales.
• Regularly attending sales meetings and training sessions.
• Create an inspiring team environment with an open communication culture.
• Oversee day -to-day sales function.
• Performing all duties of the Sales Manager in cases of absence or emergency.
• Continually meeting or exceeding sales quotas.
