Working on Leads given by the company.

Nursing and maturing the lead by regular follow up.

Handling the Advertisement calls & pitching the project according to client requirement

Responsible for client meeting and closure.

Preparing the DSR (daily sales report) and report to immediate boss.

Coordinate with site office and with the client or site visit.

Supervising and guiding the sales team to achieve sales targets.

Monitoring the performance of the sales team.

Keeping proper track record about current inventories.

Building and maintaining good working relationships with customers.

Identifying opportunities and strategies to increase sales.

Regularly attending sales meetings and training sessions.

Create an inspiring team environment with an open communication culture.

Oversee day -to-day sales function.

Performing all duties of the Sales Manager in cases of absence or emergency.

Continually meeting or exceeding sales quotas.
