Convey all prospective and lost revenue to Sales Representative and Branch Manager immediately
Comply with credit methods inclusive of violations of credit limit violations
Check entire overdue Managers for violations of credit limit and everyday exposure
Maintain detailed records as required for inside sales coordination
File all summary reports once in month and on scheduled time
Organize and develop documents relevant to inside sales coordination
Integrate desktop publishing features in necessary documents to develop professional-looking printed material
Making sure that all the sales value enquiries, investigations and imminent and approaching closed business transactions of the company are tracked
Informing the clients and the internal sales representatives of the company about the various business sales dealings of the same as soon as possible
Informing the sales representatives and the branch administrator about the potential and bygone gross incomes and revenues
Ensuring that all the sales operations are executed with agreement to the procedures of approvals and recognition
Crossing the recommendation boundary lines and vulnerability of the clients of the same on a regular basis
Upholding various important documented sales reports of the company, as and when needed by him/her for organizing the internal revenue sales
Formulating the sales reports on a regular basis and making sure that the fuel supply monthly reports are initiated and finished within the given time
Submitting the brief statements of the sales reports on a monthly basis and within the given time
Arranging, creating and enhancing written papers with respect to the organization and arrangement of internal gross sales revenues of the company
Exhibiting fine characteristics of computer printing publication in some of the important documents in order to create and improve the formal and office looking typed constituents
Executing the undertakings, workings, roles and task duties of an inside sales manager when he/she is not present, as there are many similarities between the functions of the two
Doing all other jobs in the sales section of the company that fit into his/her work area of responsibilities and duties
Maintain organized sales records and report month-end goal setting to the senior management team
Arrange for creation and distribution of presentations and supporting documents to help sales team generate business leads
Support senior management by completing orders and keeping customers informed of delays and delivery dates
Attend essential sales training meetings and develop an understanding of all the company's services and products
Monitor and organize inventory while effectively tracking new services and products for sale
Contribute to overall customer satisfaction by promptly answering emails and handling orders by phone
Establish active communication and engagement with sales representatives to ensure that orders are processed promptly
Collaborate with senior sales staff in weekly meetings by creating and maintaining month-end sales reports
