The Sales Coordinator will work directly with team management to ensure that all the administrative and support functions of the sales department are operating effectively.
The sales coordinator will support sales representatives and coordinate sales-related activities but is not responsible for
on-field touring /sales process.
1. Helping the sales team to improve their productivity by contacting customers to arrange appointments, answering queries and ensuring all Sales Representatives have high-quality, up-to-date support and information.
2. Handling incoming client leads through calls, emails, and messages , Qualifying customer queries, Initiating online Meets to provide technical clarification and scheduling final meetings with Sales Managers and client at their site.
ching for new target client in various Industry segments and creating Qualified leads for sales Teams .
4. Collaborating with other departments to ensure sales, marketing, queries, and deliveries are handled efficiently.
