Key Responsibilities

1. To drive customer engagement, satisfaction, retention + reactivation in close cooperation with Field Sales executives.

2. To establish + strengthen operational relation to customer contact(s) through daily interactions, regular care visits + pro-actively advising + consulting to ensure customer satisfaction.

3. To qualify customer inquiries + provide quotations within the given price band, in line with the guiding leeway(Freedom) in decision-making, then following up to ensure quotations are accepted + closed.

4. To support customer on boarding in line with working instructions, ensuring inclusion + transfer of customer requirements into the Consol Lines systems alongside the (initial) customer order. Ensure accurate and timely input of shipment information into system.

5. To collaborate with Finance to adjust credit limits based on daily business development + coordinate measures in case of challenges.

6. To Collaborate and coordinate with internal stakeholders to develop and improve customer’s experience

7. To document, resolve, analyze all complaints and feedback then identify, share + eliminate root causes.

8. To create, review + refine customer reports.

9. To ensure delivery against all financial targets + strategic objectives.

10. Perform any other ad-hoc duties assigned by team leader and department manager.

11. To monitor own performance and upkeep of individual KPI / KRA.

12. Monitor team's progress, identify shortcomings, and propose improvements
