Responsibilities:-

• Answer telephone and respond to caller inquiries in a pleasant manner.

• Responding to all the Mails and Drafting new mails.

• Responsible for coordinating with the sales & marketing material

• Making Inbound & outbound Sales calls.

• Maintaining call Detail sheet

Qualifications for telesales executive:-

• Good with MS office & Mail Drafting

• Good communication skills (English and Hindi ), spoken and written

• Graduate or above with minimum 1-2 year of experience Tele-calling
