Generating sales and leading the team for the K12 schools category for the company in the Kerala region. Start from scratch, build and manage a sales team under yourself and set their regular KRAs and targets. We would need someone with a 1 to 4 years of work experience in B2B education sales. Somebody who has worked at a previous startup and made paying customers will be a huge plus.
Responsibilities
The candidate needs to go on the field and introduce out product with prospective clients.
The direct field sales professional is expected to understand the school profiles, audiences and product offerings.
Should visit schools in the surrounding area and demonstrate our product to them.
Initiating phone conversations, walk-ins with Principals & Management of schools.
Intensely following up with the prospects and closing the sales within the sales cycle.
Diligently communicating and priming the lead through regular visits, email, whatsapp, SMS, calls etc.
Achieving the monthly targets in a high pressure performance driven competitive environment.
Monitoring self-performance at all times while also contributing to the team performance, keeping track of factors like conversion factor, Average revenue generated per lead, Average revenue per sale, etc.
Developing and implementing strategic plans and carryout business development activities.
Oversee the sales process at each stage from prospecting to fulfillment and follow up.
Maintain relationships with existing customers for repeat business.
Explore and onboard new dealers for the product by organizing training programs & meetings.
Should be able to travel whenever it is required.
